...FLOOD ADVISORY HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

The Flood Advisory is replaced by a Flash Flood Warning for portions
of northeast Kansas, including the following area, Doniphan and
northwest Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew and
Buchanan.

The threat of flooding continues and a Flash Flood Warning is now in
effect. Please refer to that bulletin for more information.
