Fire Weather Planning Forecast For NE Kansas/NW Missouri
National Weather Service Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO
131 PM CDT Sun Oct 12 2025

.DISCUSSION...
As of 1 pm CDT, a cold front was located from eastern South
Dakota into central Nebraska. This boundary is expected to build
south tonight before stalling. This will make the best chance for
light rain on Monday mainly south of I-70. A weak disturbance will
creat the chance for rain across northwest Missouri Tuesday,
before warmer and drier conditions return to the region.
