Fire Weather Planning Forecast For NE Kansas/NW Missouri
National Weather Service Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO
220 AM CST Tue Nov 11 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Breezy southwest winds gusting 20 to 30 mph this morning will
shift to the west in the afternoon and continue to gust to 20 to
30 mph. The breezy conditions coupled with relative humidity
values dropping into the 30 to 35 percent range this afternoon and
dry fuels will lead to slightly elevate fire weather concerns
today. Tonight a weak cold front will move through the area
allowing winds to relax. Winds will then remain light tomorrow as
high pressure builds into the area keep fire weather concerns low
beyond this afternoon.
