Winds at ignition time are expected to be out of the southeast
around 10 mph with gusts around 15-20 MPH possible. Winds are
expected to slow through the afternoon hours. RH values bottom out
around 45 percent late in the afternoon. Fuel moisture is mixed with
recent rains; however, antecedent dry conditions likely enabled fuels
to dry quickly. No precipitation is expected for the anticipated burn
period. The next chance for scattered showers arrives Friday morning.
