...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN CLAY AND CENTRAL
JACKSON COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM CDT...

At 802 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Glenaire, or over Liberty, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Kansas City, Independence, Lee`s Summit, Blue Springs, Raytown,
Liberty, Grain Valley, Sugar Creek, Claycomo, Courtney, Pleasant
Valley, Lake Tapawingo, Glenaire, River Bend, Birmingham, Unity
Village, and Randolph.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 70 in Missouri between mile markers 9 and 24.
 Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 11 and 15.
 Interstate 470 between mile markers 6 and 9, and between mile
markers 11 and 16.
 Interstate 435 between mile markers 51 and 56, and between mile
markers 58 and 59.
