.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Calm conditions with
light winds and low seas will persist through this morning. A
weak frontal boundary will bring a shift to southerly winds across
the northern waters tonight into Thursday, along with a chance of
light rain. Northerly winds will return Thursday night and
strengthen significantly through the weekend, accompanied by a
building northwest swell that will result in hazardous steep seas.
