.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerlies continue
to decrease this morning. A northwest swell around 5 to 7 ft at 12
seconds will build in Thursday, and then decay Thursday night
through Friday. Potential for a few wind gusts to 45 knots with
isolated to scattered thunderstorms will increase late Thursday
night and Friday as a low pressure system slowly tracks across the
northern waters. Northerly winds return over the weekend,
strongest south of Cape Mendocino on Sunday.
