.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...North winds have
gradually pushed offshore today with seas continuing to fall in
response. North winds will continue to weaken overnight with
gentle southerly winds closer to shore by Thursday morning. Seas
will fall below 6 feet in all waters by mid morning Thursday.
Moderate to strong north winds will gradually build back into the
southern waters Friday and spread to the northern waters through
the weekend. Short period wind waves will continue to dominate the
sea state with only very minor swells to speak of.
