.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Calm conditions with
light winds and low seas will persist. A weak frontal boundary
will bring continue to bring southerly winds across the northern
waters tonight into Thursday, along with a chance of light rain.
Northerly winds will return Thursday night and strengthen through
the weekend, accompanied by a building northwest swell that will
result in hazardous steep seas.
