.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Winds and seas continue
to ease through the coastal waters. The declining winds waves
continue to combine with a decaying mid-period swell. Winds ease
this weekend, however a mid-period northwest swell fills in by
this afternoon, keeping seas elevated. Light winds are expected
to continue into early next week.
