.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds in the
outer waters will be moderate to strong winds on Thursday. Winds
will remain much lighter close to shore. The wind will maintain
steep short period seas except for the are closest to shore. A
mid- period, NW swell will keep seas elevated through most of the
week before decaying this weekend. Winds will continue to weaken
Friday and through the weekend.
