.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...A summer-like weather
pattern is forcing moderate to strong northerlies across the
coastal waters. Gale force gusts are likely in the lee of Cape
Mendocino through the night into early Thursday and are likely in
the northern outer waters Wednesday into early Thursday. A mid-
period, NW swell will keep seas elevated through most of the week
before decaying this weekend. Winds slightly ease and move
slightly farther offshore Thursday and Friday.
