.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Fresh to strong
northerly breezes are forecast for the outer waters this morning
and early afternoon, while nearshore winds are likely to see
lighter winds. Localized areas nearshore could see southerly
breezes up to 15 kts in the evenings and overnight. Northerly
winds diminish slightly this afternoon, but increase again
Tuesday. A small long period south swell up to 3 feet will persist
through early in the week. Winds are expected to diminish again
late in the week.
