.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds in the
outer waters will be moderate to strong today. Winds remain much
lighter close to shore with southerlies and fog likely developing
later this evening. Steep, short period seas expected for the
outer waters with some short period seas also propagating closer
to shore. A small, long period southerly swell expected for the
entire coast. Winds will continue to weaken Friday and through the
weekend.
