.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
continue to increase this evening with near gale to gale force
gusts throughout the outer waters by this evening. Gale
conditions will then persist in the outer waters Wednesday with
near gale conditions in the inner waters before gradually
diminishing Wednesday evening. A long period westerly swell has
built into the waters and will gradually decay over the next
couple of days.
