.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Moderate to fresh
northerly winds continue in the northern waters with fresh to
strong winds around and south of Cape Mendocino. Near gale gusts
in the lee of Cape Mendocino through very late tonight. Winds and
seas will remain elevated through early Saturday before backing
off gradually through the weekend with light to moderate breezes
by Sunday afternoon. Light to moderate breezes are expected to
continue into early next week.
