.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Winds have greatly
weakened with southerly winds near shore but north winds remain
in the outer waters. Seas have all fallen below 6 feet. Moderate
to strong north winds will gradually build back into the southern
waters Friday and spread to the northern waters through the
weekend. Short period wind waves will continue to dominate the sea
state with only very minor southwest swells to speak of.
