.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds are
trending higher across the waters. The stronger winds and larger
short period seas will remain around and south of Cape Mendocino
where some localized areas of gale conditions will develop. A
small, but persistent long period southerly swell is reinforced
by a second swell Today. A ridge of high pressure will strengthen
through the weekend, bringing increased chances for gale strength
northerlies.
