.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds in the
outer waters will remain moderate to strong through Friday. Winds
remain much lighter close to shore with southerlies and fog
likely developing early in the monring. Steep, short period seas
will remain for the outer waters with some short period seas also
propagating closer to shore. A small, long period southerly swell
will continue to augment the sea state. Winds will continue to
weaken through the weekend.
