.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Gentle wind have
gradually turned back northerly with some moderate winds starting
to form near Cape Mendocino. Moderate to strong north winds will
gradually build back into the southern waters this evening and
slowly spread to the northern waters through the weekend. Short
period wind waves will rise in response to the wind and continue
to dominate the sea state with only very minor southwest swells to
speak of.
