.SYNOPSIS...Northerly winds build in the southern waters today
creating localized short period waves. A large, long-period
northwest swell is expect to enter the waters today and will last
through the weekend. North winds ease Friday as a cold front moves
north of the area. Short period seas are expected to ease, yet
multiple incoming large, mid-period swells will keep seas
elevated into the weekend. Moderate south winds are likely late
Saturday north of Cape Mendocino as the cold front moves through
leaving light north winds for Sunday.
