.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...A strong pressure
gradient between an offshore high and an interior thermal low will
maintain fresh northerly winds south of Cape Mendocino tonight,
expanding into the northern outer waters Sunday morning. Short-
period wind waves will build across all outer zones through early
next week. Hazardous conditions for small craft will persist
across the southern waters and northern outer waters through
Monday afternoon.
