.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds weaken
slightly today to moderate breezes, while winds remain light and
gentle for the inner zones. Areas of dense fog are occurring over
the waters. Steep, short period seas will remain for the outer
waters with some less steep, short period seas propagating towards
the inner waters. A small, long period southerly swell will
continue as well. Winds and seas will continue to remain strong in
the outer waters and relatively light for the inner waters
through the beginning of the coming week.
