.DISCUSSION...Conditions have quickly warmed and dried today with
hotter interior valleys reaching 90 and RH near 30 percent. By
Sunday, interior highs will return to the mid 90s with minimum RH
into the teens. Strong thermal belts will also worsen RH recovery
at mid and upper slopes into early next week and marine influence
will pull much closer to shore. For the most part, winds will
remain weak and terrain driven. Such conditions will persist
through most of next week, allowing fuel drying to accumulate.
