...SLIGHT CHANCE OF ISOLATED DRY THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY MORNING AND
AFTERNOON FOCUSED IN TRINITY COUNTY...
.DISCUSSION...Marine influence has just started to increase across
the area and will continue to increase through the end of the
week. High clouds Friday will aid in the warmest interior
temperatures pulling back closer to 90 with RH closer to 25
percent. Mid and upper slope recoveries will also improve though
remain poor on higher peaks. Winds will remain gentle and from the
west. Tropical moisture moving overhead Friday will bring a very
slight (5%) chance of isolated, dry thunderstorms Friday morning
and through the afternoon, but simple high level clouds and virga
are the most likely outcome. Warmer, near average conditions will
return Sunday and into early next week.
