.DISCUSSION...A deep marine layer continues to push marine air
inland, though it is not expected to be as deep as previous days.
Generally near normal temperatures are expected through mid week
with 80s to mid 90s forecast for most interior valleys. Afternoon
relative humidities are forecast to be in the high teens to the
20s. Overnight recoveries are forecast to be good to excellent in
the lower elevations and moderate to locally poor in the higher
elevations. Winds remain relatively light and terrain driven, with
typical breezes in the afternoons. Late in the week another
trough is expected to bring cooler temperatures and higher RH.
There is a low end potential for a few thunderstorms Friday in the
inland areas.
