.DISCUSSION...Temperatures continue to trend downward this week,
but conditions still remain warm and dry. Overnight RHs generally
improve through the week as the marine layer deepens. There is a 5-
10% chance for dry thunderstorms with gusty outflow winds over
northern Trinity County mountains this afternoon and evening and
again on Thursday. Southerly winds will become breezy in Lake and
Southern Mendocino County this afternoon with a weak shortwave
trough along the coast.
