.DISCUSSION...Inland temperatures trend downward Thursday while
conditions still remain warm and dry. Inland valleys will remain
in the mid to upper 90s into the weekend. The deepened marine
layer will continue to maintain marine influence farther inland
from the coast. There is a 5- 10% chance for dry thunderstorms
with gusty outflow winds over northern Trinity County mountains
this afternoon and evening and again on Thursday. South to
southwest winds will become breezy in Lake and Southern Mendocino
County this afternoon and Thursday afternoon with a weak
shortwave trough along the coast.
