.DISCUSSION...East-northeast winds will develop
overnight into Wednesday for the interior higher terrain and
over Lake County, where gusts from 30-40 mph will be possible over
the ridges. Although, gust from 40-45 mph are possible over the
more prominent ridges in Lake County. There is the potential for
near or freezing temperatures along the coast and adjacent areas
through Thursday morning. For interior area, colder temperatures
area possible due to wind chill. Dry weather expected to prevail
through Friday, followed by a chance for rain over the weekend.
