.DISCUSSION...Inland temperatures are forecast to trend downward
Thursday but it will continue to remain hot and dry all week. A
deep marine layer and onshore winds will continue to maintain
marine influence farther inland from the coast. There is a 5-10%
chance for dry thunderstorms with gusty outflow winds over northern
Trinity County mountains Thursday afternoon and evening. South to
southwest winds will become breezy in Lake and Southern Mendocino
County Thursday afternoon with a weak shortwave trough along the coast.
