.DISCUSSION...A cold, wet system will bring more widespread rain
and mountain snow through the day. Snow level lowering to about
4500-5000 feet today. Colder air aloft will bring increasing
instability on Monday, capable of producing brief heavy downpours
with a slight thunderstorm potential. Periods of gusty winds
expected each day through next week. A drying and warming trend is
expected from mid week and into the weekend.
