.DISCUSSION...High pressure over the Pacific Northwest will maintain
warm, dry weather across interior valleys through Monday with
zero chance of wetting rain. Interior highs will continue reach
the low 980s with RH around 20 percent. Daytime winds will remain
gentle and terrain driven. Light offshore winds with an easterly
component will develop Tuesday night into Wednesday morning as
low pressure system moves overhead. This low will also cool
conditions slightly mid week and pull in more marine influence.
