Winds are expected to be strongest along ridgelines with gusts to 15mph possible. Humidities will steadily drop through the weekend into next week with values around 25% or so on Mon/Tue. Late this week, a cut-off low will develop off the PacNW coast. Models are not in agreement on where this low will situate itself, yet there is currently a 50% probability for rain totals around 0.25" for next weekend, beginning Friday at the earliest.
