.DISCUSSION...A much cooler and drier airmass has arrived behind
a cold front and from overnight offshore winds. After a minimum
RH in the teens Saturday, the environment will begin to moisten
back up Sunday as an area of low pressure nears from the north.
Chances for a wetting rain increase to 15-20 percent Monday as the
low moves in. Southerly winds increase some Sunday, but winds
will otherwise be light.
