.DISCUSSION...RH ranging down from 80% showing high overnight recovery values into Wednesday morning. Light winds
out of the north build from 1 to 5mph and peaking by noon at 10mph out of the NNW. Minimum RH value bottoms out
at 40% and a high temp of 86F. Winds ease by sunset at 7 to 5mph also out of the NNW. Overnight  RH recovery values
Wednesday night into Thursday early morning span 72%-90%. Winds out of the the NNW overnight into Thursday morning
around 3mph build after sunrise to 7mph or so, then peaking at 10mph just before noon. The lowest RH minimum
value Thursday will be around 44% with a high temp 83-85F.
