to build after sunrise to 6-10mph as the early afternoon arrives. High temp
Monday of 74-76F with a minimum low RH of 32%. Winds ease by dusk to around
7-5mph, further diminishing after midnight into Tuesday early morning at 3-2mph.
Overnight RH recoveries range 40%-55% into Tuesday morning. Northwest winds at 2-3mph
Tuesday morning build to 7-9mph from noon to the early evening hours. High temp
Tuesday of 82F with low RH minimum of 33%.
