.DISCUSSION...The latest data suggests the potential of some
valley fog and stratus this morning, with high humidity and
mostly cloudy skies. This will result in poor burn conditions
early. Conditions are expected to improve by late morning as the
any fog/stratus layer burns off and the mixing layer increases,
with relative humidity falling to a minimum of 47% this afternoon.
Mixing heights will rise to around 2300 ft AGL by 2 PM. 20-foot
winds at the site will be north 5-7 mph this morning, becoming
light and variable at 2-4 mph this afternoon. Transport winds will
be light, north 5 mph becoming northwest 3-6 mph
