.DISCUSSION...High humidity and light northwest transport winds are
forecast today. A nocturnal inversion will take til mid afternoon to
break with mixing heights eventually reaching 1000 to 2000 ft AGL.
Nocturnal inversion will reform tonight and light winds under
3 mph are expected through Sunday.
