.DISCUSSION...Relatively unsettled and unstable weather will continue
through the week. Chilly, frosty conditions this morning will warm to
the low 60s by the afternoon with minimal cloud coverage over the burn
area. Daytime winds will struggle to increase after the inversion breaks
due to minimal forcing for local winds and sheltering from general winds.
RH values are expected to drop to the 30s this afternoon as well. Overnight,
RH values struggle to increase past 60% allowing for an earlier burn window
Thursday. Winds increase Thursday as well with gusts up to 8mph, yet most
of the day will consist of light winds, especially at eye level. Mixing heights
are likely to increase above the surrounding terrain during the peak of the
afternoon, yet smoke could get trapped during smoldering after the peak
heat of the burn is put out and the inversion of the lake forms each night.
