.DISCUSSION...A deepening marine layer is expected to keep
temperatures slightly cooler and the RH slightly higher this
afternoon. Clouds are expected to diminish in the afternoon,
although it may be shorter than the previous day. Northerly winds
are expected to start to pick up again this afternoon. These may
turn northeast overnight.

The biggest uncertainty on this forecast is depth of the marine
layer. It looks like the site will be below the marine layer, but
there will still be some clearing in the afternoon. Highs will be
cooler and RH higher than yesterday. Wednesday the marine layer
may get slightly shallower and allow the site to warm up and dry
out more in the afternoon.
