.DISCUSSION...Mid- to high-level moisture is streaming across the
area ahead of an approaching weak cold front this morning. This
is promoting good RH recovery value around 70-80 percent for the
spot forecast. Afternoon relative humidity around 28 percent. Winds
will become west- southwest at 6 to 10 mph in the wake of the
front this afternoon. Temperatures are expected to cool down
around 5 degrees today. A surface high pressure will bring a
rebound on temperatures and diurnal RH value in the upper teen to
low 20s on Thursday. Afternoon mixing levels will remain high
through this weekend, with lapse rate increasing on Thursday.
Unstable weather conditions with a cooling trend are expected
Friday and through the weekend, with no precipitation expected.
