.DISCUSSION...High RH values this morning near 98%, begin easing by late morning hours
and bottom out today around 60%. Winds this morning out of the northeast at 3-4mph,
building to around 5-6mph by 17-18z out of the NW and eventually easing tonight around
2-3mph out of the NW. High temp today 60-61F with mostly clear skies. Overnight
recovery RH values span 70-80%. Winds overnight into Monday build 3-5mph out of the
SE by midnight and briefly 6-8mph in the afternoon, becoming more southerly in bearing
at 6mph soon after. Cloud cover fills in gradually overnight and steadily becomes
overcast by the late afternoon with the approach of a frontal boundary bringing rain,
likely to start by the late morning, 17-18z and increasing intensity before sunset hours.
Rain lasting into the middle and later half of the week. High Monday of 51-52F with the
lowest RH around 70%.
