.DISCUSSION...Today is expected to be coolest day with a few degrees of
warming Tuesday. RH is expected to be in the mid 30s and likely the lowest
on Tuesday. Wednesday the marine layer may start to deepen again. Today is
expected to have better mixing with some low level inability. Tuesday will
start to see the mixing heights drop with more stable low levels. Winds may
turn north or even northeast tonight with northwest winds up the river
dominating otherwise.
