.DISCUSSION...RH recovery values range 38%-61% overnight into Monday morning.
Light winds out of the south at 5mph with slight rain shower chances just before
sunrise. Winds pick up out of the west southwest at 10mph before the afternoon, just as shower
chances are likely to increase again. Winds peak around 13-15mph before sunset and ease to around
5-6mph by sunset and continue to ease overnight into Tuesday around 3mph. High temp Monday of 61F with
the lowest RH around 58%. Showers are likely to ease by midnight. Cloud cover is substantial most of Monday.
Overnight RH recovery values are high obviously because of the precipitation, expect RH values
from 75%-83% into Tuesday morning. Winds veer out of the WNW after sunrise, slowly build 5-8mph through the
afternoon and peaking by the early evening at 10-11mph. High temp Tuesday of 73-75F with the minimum
RH around 33%. Cloud cover clears out by the late morning Tuesday.
