.DISCUSSION...RH ranging down from 90% showing high overnight recovery values into Wednesday morning. Light winds
variable become southerly by 8am or so and build to 15mph sustained with gusts around 20mph before noon. Minimum RH value bottoms out
at 28% and a high temp of 90-91F. Winds veer westerly and ease by the early evening to around 2-3mph. Overnight  RH recovery values
Wednesday night into Thursday early morning span 52%-96%. Winds out of the the west overnight into Thursday morning are near calm
around 0-2mph, build before noon to 10-11mph or so. The lowest RH minimum value Thursday will be around 25% with a high temp 90-92F.
