.DISCUSSION...Gusty north wind will continue Sunday, helping to
keep highs moderate only around 70. RH, however, will continue to
drop closer to 15 percent. Gusts will peak in exposed areas this
afternoon near 25 mph. RH recovery will be only moderate
overnight. Conditions will remain dry but begin to warm Monday
with highs pulling back into the mid 70s. North winds will weaken
with afternoon gusts closet to 10 mph with more terrain
influence. Conditions will continue to warm through the week with
RH remaining around 20 percent or less with calmer terrain winds.
