.DISCUSSION...Temperatures remain close to average tomorrow in the low
70sat ridgetop. Morning light easterly winds will eventually shift to
NW flow by late morning with gusts up to 15 on ridges and up to 25mph
for the valley building in the afternoon. RH are expected to bottom out
around 35-40% Tuesday. Come Wednesday, an upper level trough and weak
cold front will enter the area. Minimal moisture is expected with this
front, severely limiting any rainfall chances to under 10% for even
light rain potential. Further east from the incident site, afternoon
thunderstorms are possible, but not probable, with chances around 5% for
the MP18 area. Winds are expected to be slightly stronger Wednesday due
to the unstable atmosphere.
