.DISCUSSION...A general cooling pattern has begun to settle into
Northwest California with mostly diurnal winds for Friday and into
the weekend. Overnight RH recovery values range 34%-48% into
Friday morning. ESE winds build to 6-7mph by noon and veer SW by
the late afternoon and build to 9-10mph. RH minimum for Friday
bottoms out at around 25% with a high in the low 80s. Minimum RH
values are expected to slightly increase throughout the weekend as
moisture begins to penetrate the area.
