.DISCUSSION...A stable atmosphere will develop through the weekend as
weak upper level ridging sets up over NW CA. The weather pattern will
consist of daytime upslope/upvalley winds with gusts up to 10mph. Overall
RH values will remain low due to the elevation of the burn site. Max values
of 35-40% and min values around 20-23% are to be expected through Monday.
Temperatures will remain in the mid 70s with no rain (>0.01") and very
little cloud coverage besides high cirrus through the weekend.
