.DISCUSSION...Mostly moderate conditions will continue for the
next couple of days. High temperatures will be near 80 with RH
generally near or above 35 percent. Winds will be very weak and
terrain driven. There is a slight chance (10%) of weak
thunderstorms late this afternoon. Any storms would likely form
right over the area and move west towards the coast. Storms would
only have weak outflow along with light wetting rain. The chance
of storms will continue late into the evening. Instability will
allow for higher mixing heights than normal, though weak winds
will keep smoke transport poor. Humidity will slightly increase
Thursday with a lower but still nonzero (5% chance) of weak
afternoon storms.
