.DISCUSSION...Today and tomorrow the persistent pattern is expected
to continue to bring very similar conditions with night and morning
fog that burns off late in the morning. Winds will generally be light
and mixing heights low each day. A brief period of downslope or
westerly winds in the evening is possible again. Wednesday southerly
will start to increase slightly with rain and wind Wednesday night
into Thursday morning. Periods of rain are expected to continue
Thursday afternoon and Friday.
